1. Scope
These terms apply to this website and to the tool "Clip Autopilot" operated by Andreas Reinhardt, 53123 Bonn, Germany ("operator") under the brand The Clip Board HQ.
2. Private tool
Clip Autopilot is a private tool for the operator's own use. It publishes content only to the operator's own YouTube, Instagram and TikTok channels. No accounts, registration or services are offered to third parties.
3. Content
The channels publish short clips of longer videos. Rights in the original material remain with their respective owners. Rights holders can request removal at autorun.clips@gmail.com; we remove affected clips promptly.
4. Third-party platforms
Use of YouTube, Instagram and TikTok is subject to those platforms' own terms and policies.
5. No warranty
The website and tool are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for injury to life, body or health and as otherwise required by mandatory law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time by publishing a new version here.
7. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
